About Brittany Frantz, DNP, FNP-C
Brittany was raised in Frisco and Kansas. She lives a short distance from our clinic with her dog, Pickle. In her spare time, she enjoys running, yoga, podcasts, audiobooks, healthful cooking, traveling to new places (mostly to hike), and spending time with her wonderful family and friends around the Dallas area.
Education
She attended Baker University and earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular Bioscience. She quickly learned that life in a lab was not her best life (no offense to the tardigrades, ask her for more details!). She then attended Creighton University in Omaha, where she earned her nursing degree in 2011, and ultimately graduated with a Doctorate of Nursing in 2017. Brittany’s background includes extensive cardiology experience, but ultimately decided her calling and passion was not in acute care but preventative care. She found her calling as a Family Practice Provider and cherishes the relationships she has developed with her patients. She has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017.
