About Jenna D. Moore, CSSD, RD
Jenna is a passionate dietitian who specializes in sports and performance nutrition. More than 10 years ago, as an obese young adult, she made the radical decision to go to school for nutrition. As she completed her degree, she fell madly in love with hiking the Colorado mountains and was able to take what she was learning in school and apply it to her everyday life. 10 years later, she has lost the weight, has climbed over 50 mountains in Colorado, and has developed a beautiful and healthy relationship with food. She is now determined to help all those who work with her to do just the same!
Early into her career, Jenna landed her first dream job at an athletic training and orthopedic facility in Denver. Here she has worked with a broad variety of individuals from professional athletes to morbidly obese patients. There is not a single person that Jenna does not love working with because she takes extreme joy in helping each individual meet their goals with performance and overall quality of life through food and exercise!
Jenna believes in the healing power of food and the essentialness of physical movement. Equally as important, she believes in the freedom in finding balance both with foods that nourish and foods that delight. Her favorite foods are blueberries and chocolate, but not always necessarily in that order. She looks forward to hearing from you and seeing you thrive with your nutrition!!
