About James L. Johnson, II, MD, MBA, FACS

Dr. Johnson founded Rocky Mountain Vein Clinic in Cody Wyoming in 2004. He was the first doctor in a several state region to offer the new minimally invasive vein treatments. He wanted to create an environment that was comfortable and caring for patients. His care is focused on patient education. The demand was so high he expanded to Billings, MT in 2006. In 2008, he made the commitment to focus his practice entirely on the care of venous disease (Phlebology). Today, there are 2 additional RMVC clinics, one in Bozeman, MT, and one in Great Falls, MT. Throughout the RMVC system, our mission is to provide compassionate care in a comfortable setting with patients as partners in their care. Education is also a priority.
