I am a Professional Life Coach and Therapist who will walk along side you as a trusted partner, helping you to explore, make meaning and connection. I specialize in helping clients with a variety of life challenges. I believe that a successful therapeutic relationship is about building a rapport based on trust. I help to ease emotional burdens and provide a safe and special sanctuary for clients to be themselves free of judgement. My clients and I work together as partners in creating goals for lasting results.
Some of my specialties include: anxiety, depression, spiritual counseling, PTSD, trauma and relationship challenges. In addition, I provide education, and counseling to families and caregivers regarding Alzheimer's and dementia care.
