We live in a time where we struggle to understand how to cope with our mental health needs, especially during the last few years of dealing with COVID-19 and lockdowns. Our thoughts are powerful and we minimize the effect they have on us, this can be overwhelming without the coping skills needed to deal with them. I have talked to hundreds of clients working in my private practice, mental health community settings, and a few local school districts as a Crisis/Drug Counselor.
My passion is Brain-Neuropsychology and helping people understand how thoughts affect our feelings. I am here to help you gain a new understanding.
