I am doctoral-trained therapist who integrates evidenced based clinical practices in ways that can meet your unique needs/challenges. For instance, I will utilize your strengths, resources and culture in order to explore problems from multiple vantage points. And, I will develop a treatment plan that incorporates co-existing issues. Whether you are experiencing family problems, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or another issue, I will facilitate conversations where solutions to the problem become more accessible and visible: I believe my clients have the capacity and agency to take actions that are right for them.
