I have two passions: One is helping victims of trauma to overcome their symptoms, and the other is helping others to reach their goals through life coaching. I pride myself on using my own life experiences in combination with my education which allows me to best serve my clients. I do my best to meet each person's individual needs and to focus on building healthy coping skills that will lay the groundwork for beneficial recovery and healing. I believe each person knows themselves best and will guide clients to discover their inner strength to be their best selves.
