I’m Frances C. Perez MS, RMHCI, I have been trained to help people to heal, by processing their past traumas, and acquiring those new beliefs that you choose for your life. With a holistic and person-centered approach, I help you to stop feeling like a victim and create your own life.
You are not alone in this journey. I’m here to help you to liberate you from those chains that are of no use for you anymore.
After going through many ups and downs, light and darkness, difficult and comfortable moments, traumatic circumstances in my life; I have realized that no matter what has happened to me in life, I'm responsible for my own decisions. We, as human beings have the biggest power of all, the power to make decisions.
I made the decision to stop living my life through someone else's dreams and wants, and I started to live my own. If you are ready to make a decision for yourself, remember the change starts with you!
