My approach to psychotherapy is person-centered and holistic, viewing the client as the expert in his/her own life experiences, thoughts, and feelings. My role in therapy is to assist clients in raising awareness and increasing insights into how these factors are influencing their lives and their relationships to themselves, others, and their environments. I offer a calm, grounded, and open attitude toward life which translates into my work and has demonstrated success in working with issues of anxiety, grief, stress, parenting and relationship concerns, and navigating life's transitions with greater ease. Therapeutically, I focus on attachment styles, personal strengths, patterns of thinking, behaving, and communicating and encourage mindfulness to desired areas of positive change.
