With over 23 years’ combined experience working in psychology and as an executive coach in academic healthcare settings, Mary is a full-time coach for physicians and executives.. She has headed the Employee Assistance Program for Jackson Health System in Miami, one of the nation’s largest academic healthcare systems and, prior to that, she worked with the Employee Assistance Program at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. In these roles, she has helped thousands of physicians, trainees, and nursing staff enhance their leadership, professionalism, interpersonal and quality of care behaviors. Mary is a Certified Professional Coach, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and Past-President of International Association of Employee Assistance Professionals in Education.
