American Academy of Ophthalmology is a medical organization dedicated to Ophthalmology. Doctors and practitioners associated with AAO have special training and skill in performing eye exams, diagnosing and treating eye disease, prescribing medications and performing eye surgery. Medical tests, procedures and therapies provided by AAO healthcare providers include eye exams, blepharoplasty, intraoccular lens, laser eye surgery, and photodynamic therapy.
