I work with adults and adolescents (16+) struggling with family and relational conflict and drama. My clients come to me feeling isolated, lonely, and on edge due to having nowhere to express their toughest emotions. Many grew up in a terrible family of origin with messages like "suck it up" and "don't cry" being shoved at them. My clients come to me to say the things that they couldn't otherwise say to anyone else and learn what they need to engage back in life and relationships.

I provide EMDR, psychotherapy, cognitive therapy, attachment trauma therapy, and other proven modalities to tailor treatment to clients' unique needs. I teach and support the growth of unique strengths, and confidence to overcome challenges, self-defeating habits, and internal shame.
