About Allie B. Blazzard, FNP-C
Allie Blazzard was raised in Utah and Southern California. Allie’s family moved to St. George in 1994 from Provo, Utah. Allie got her Associate’s degree from Dixie College before attending Brigham Young University for seven years. Allie got her Bachelor’s degree along with her Registered Nursing license in 2002 and her Master’s degree with her Nurse Practitioner in 2004. Allie has worked in Southern Utah as a Nurse Practitioner since 2004. She worked her first year as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, then specialized nine years ago in the Aesthetic and Wellness industry. Allie has specialized in injections (Botox, Wrinkle Fillers), lasers, skin care, health and wellness (weight loss, hormone balancing, nutritional testing and supplementation) since 2005. Allie has trained under several hormone specialists including world reknown hormone experts, Neal Rouzier, Ron Rothenberg, David Brownstein, Thierry Hertoghe, Pamela Smith and Johnathon Wright (and many more), to receive training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and wellness. Allie has completed several trainings and certifications on hormone replacement and balancing as well as aesthetic and cosmetic injections. Allie is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Society of Aesthetic Injectors and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Allie has been married to her husband, Andy, who is our business administrator, since early 2000. They have four beautiful children, two boys and two girls. Allie currently resides in Bloomington. She enjoys boating, exercising, learning, working with her amazing staff and patients and spending time with her friends and family.
