My counseling style is genuine and humanistic. I believe in treating anyone with respect, compassion, and without judgement. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered, psychodynamic and motivational interviewing counseling. I will modify our sessions and treatment plan to meet your specific needs. It is difficult to understand and adapt to new situation. Understanding and adapting to situations is often what hold individual's back from living a more fulfilling, enjoyable and productive life.
