An experienced medical/mental health professional, I bring to our treatment relationship more than 30 years of exceptional patient care, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health since 1998. I am committed to your improved well-being through safe, evidence-based practices and active listening/empathic communication.
My style is to empower you to identify specific treatment goals and then support you to meaningfully improve your quality of life in ways that you choose. I work with you to identify symptoms which may be disruptive to meeting your goals, and excel in selecting, with your approval, the best tolerated, least harmful, and lowest effective dose of medication to support sustainable success. I can also help you to navigate complex systems of care and gladly collaborate with your other treatment providers when needed/desired.
Finally, I am dedicated to continued professional development, staying current with the latest research/best practices in the fields of Psychiatric Mental Health & Wellness, and to remaining fully equipped to provide you with the highest standard of MH care.
