I provide non-emergency therapy work with adults experiencing effects of trauma; relationships, self-esteem and confidence, grieving and parenting challenges. I also provide support to folks having difficulties navigating workplace issues. I provide specialty services to HR professionals struggling with burnout and workplace stress. Our work together often includes supporting behavior changes, improved communication, setting boundaries, improved self-care, changed thinking regarding what we can and cannot control. My goal is to support my clients to achieve a healthier, less anxious way of living. I provide virtual therapy for individuals who are residents of Maine and states who have reciprocal arrangements with Maine.
