About Marshall Fife, PMHNP-BC
Since beginning practice in Psychiatric Medicine in 2017, I have worked in a diverse range of settings and populations in psychiatry including child psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, residential, inpatient high acuity, addiction, and detox (Both inpatient and outpatient).
Although I have found that I enjoy treating essentially all psychiatric disorders I have found during the course of his career that I particularly enjoy treating refractory, complex, and overall difficult cases. More recently I have been integrating the use of more novel or less traditional formal treatments including TMS (Trans-cranial magnetic stimulation), ketamine, and functional medicine techniques.
