Restoring your body’s hormone balance can help improve problems we face in aging like lack of restorative sleep, decreased energy, decreased libido, lack of focus and restoring your previous youthful attitude.
Incredible Health, LLC is committed to helping each client achieve their best possible state of health. Our approach uses recommendations in bio-identical hormone restoration, nutrition, education, exercise, supplements, traditional prescriptions and stress management. Ultimately, we are health consultants making recommendations with the client making the final decisions on which recommendations to implement. Your circle of family and friends depend upon you to stay healthy & strong so that you can be truly present in their lives.
Dr. Toni Harrison graduated from the University of New Mexico with her MD in 1996. She graduated from her residency in anesthesiology at the University of California-Davis in 2001. She was (and still is) a board certified anesthesiologist enjoying a successful, traditional career when, in 2002, she was diagnosed with an extremely rare lymphoma-type disease called Langerhans Histiocytosis with an unknown life expectancy. It could be 4 months or a normal life with minimal impact. She became vigilant about her own healthcare, because she had a 2 year old daughter and a 4 year old son that she knew would have no memory of her. While traditional medicine had the standard cancer approach to offer (surgery, radiation, chemotherapy), she also combined it with nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and supplements. It doesn’t have to be one or the other. (To be clear, Dr. Harrison has not been recommended to start a radiation or chemo protocol. She has been very lucky in the world of cancer.) Since doctors make horrible patients, she had her third child against medical advice in 2005, but she has remained healthy and strong.
Her vigilance paid off in 2008 when she was diagnosed with early breast cancer. Her healthy lifestyle helped her through this second cancer journey also. Her personal demand to keep herself healthy and strong resulted in a desire and knowledge base to help other people in their own quests to improve their health and lives.
In 2013, her tumor markers went up resulting in a hysterectomy-oophorectomy to see if she had ovarian cancer. Thankfully, she is still cancer free, but the surgical menopause was intolerable resulting in bio- identical hormone replacement for her. A lot can be learned when the doctor becomes the patient occasionally.
Dr. Harrison is still very healthy, strong and cancer-free. She has walked the walk and learned a lot along the way. She is a fellow in the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine in order to learn as much as she can to help people.
