Hello & welcome! My name is Jamie Chess and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist LMFT 121910. I provide telehealth therapy using a secure video platform for California residents. My approach to treatment is eclectic, utilizing interventions grounded in the belief that effective therapy focuses on a whole person rather than a diagnosis.
Our life experiences color the way we see ourselves; however, through altering patterns of thought, attachment style, and reactions, we can begin to see the world differently and live more authentically. My goal is for you to feel comfortable discussing all aspects of your life without fear of judgment and to work together to effect positive change.
