Spending over half my career in supervisory roles has given me the broadened array of knowing the important things to focus on when achieving the ultimate goal of patient satisfaction. My passion for nursing has continued to grow throughout my career. I have worked in long term care, mental health, Alzheimer’s care, wound care, critical care, and management.
