I am a licensed mental health counselor, EMDR therapist, and Washington state-approved clinical supervisor with over 10 years of experience working with individuals 17+, groups, couples, and families. I have a compassionate, approachable demeanor, and while my foundation is in cognitive behavioral therapy, I am well versed in several evidence-based interventions.

I believe we are all born with infinite possibilities, and when we draw upon our strengths, rather than focus on our weaknesses, we are capable of achieving our most authentic and happy lives.
