I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering a holistic counseling approach that is client-centered and relationship-oriented, mixed with a generous amount of humor. My 30 years of experience has deepened my respect and understanding of lifetime patterns that are developed in childhood and are strongly influenced by family and cultural beliefs. This awareness helps me to be open-minded when supporting clients to identify and begin transforming any limiting patterns in their lives.
Having worked with a broad spectrum of ages in a variety of settings, including in-home services for therapeutic foster care, youth agencies, and pubic and private educational facilities, I have experience with all developmental stages which helps me to support clients to develop Body, Mind, and Spiritual
awareness to ease transitions and create their unique path to happiness.
