I have been fortunate to have worked with many individuals struggling with life experiences in different ways over the years and have been able to be useful to many of them with the array of skills that I have or to, at least, point them in the right direction to find the help they were seeking.
My practice now is limited to using medications to help people and I leave the therapy to others. As an individual provider, I do not have the additional resources that are needed for someone who requires much help with navigating day-to-day challenges and adulting challenges. For that, the local mental health centers are much better equipped to provide these needed services.
I will be happy to meet with you to do an assessment to try to figure out the problem and then figure out what the possible options might be to approach solving it.
