He is the co-author of a number of books including Executive Medicine: Optimizing Your Chances for a Longer Life, Stay Young: 10 Proven Steps to Ultimate Health, and Age to Perfection: How to Thrive to 100 Healthy, Happy, and Wise.
He is a seasoned professional and medical expert,and a regular on Fox News Radio, as well as Good Morning Texas. In addition, he co-hosts the nationally syndicated Staying Young Radio Show which can be heard locally on both 570 AM KLIF and Sirius XM CH131.
