Dr. Weiss opened his own practice in 2004. With excellent patient care, hard work, and ensuring that all patients are treated with respect by all staff members, the practice has grown into a thriving practice. Each patient is provided the attention required to make the correct diagnosis and treatment plan.
The practice includes both pediatric and adult patients. It is not uncommon for Dr. Weiss and Dr. Bogusz to take care of multiple generations within a family. At Weiss Medical, we have expertise in all allergic and immunologic conditions, and enjoy the challenging cases. We often are able to help patients even after they have seen numerous other specialists. Conditions that are treated by the physicians at Weiss Medical include (but are not limited to), asthma, hay fever, pet allergies, dust and mold allergies, food allergies, medication allergies, bee sting allergies, eczema, hives, skin rashes, Angioedema, Eosinophilic Esophagitis, and immune deficiencies. Patients are also seen for complications of their allergies, asthma or immune deficiencies such as sinusitis, pneumonia, bronchitis, and skin infections. Procedures performed in the office include allergy skin testing, pulmonary function testing, Exhaled Nitric Oxide, patch testing, medication challenges, food challenges, immunotherapy (allergy shots), Venom (bee sting) allergy shots, Xolair injections (for moderate to severe persistent asthma and chronic urticaria) and gammaglobulin replacement therapy (for certain immunodeficiencies).
